Oscar has graduated in Science of Clinical Psychology majored in National University of Rwanda with Second Class Upper Division.

As vacancy is opened, I have 6-years’ experience in the domain of mental health where he is currently working at Iwawa Rehabilitation Center/NRS as Clinical Psychologist by especially working with youth with Substances use Disorders; Antisocial Personality Disorders and Trauma related disorders and its treatments. Previously He has worked also at HVP GATAGARA/GIKONDO as Special Educator with Children and youth with Intellectual Disabilities.

In addition, he has trained and Certified in Trauma crisis and therapy; in Psychotraumatology, In Child’s Rights and Protection, what is Palliative Care; Psychodiagnostics and Psychological Assessment; Addiction Treatment; Clinical Skills for Healthcare Providers; Resilience in Children Exposed to Trauma, Disaster and War; Confronting Gender Based Violence and in Conflict Resolution Skills.
